Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 4.5" tall plastic wind-up of Kumo-Otoko (Spider Man), from the Japanese tokusatsu sci-fi/superhero TV series, "Kamen Rider," which debuted on Japanese TV on April 3, 1971, and ran until Feb. 10, 1973. Kumo-Otoko, or Spider Man as he's known amongst American audiences, was the first kaijin that fought Kamen Rider 1 and was killed by the Rider. Figure has built-in key in side and on/off switch on chest. Made in Japan by Yonezawa, this is #904. Figure functions when wound, moving forward. Exc. Box shows moderate handling wear w/all four corners of lid split and oxidation to staples. VG.
