Item Description
Set of eight 11x17" prints on textured paper featuring eight different classic automobile designs by Raymond Dietrich, founder of Dietrich Inc. coachbuilder and co-founder of LeBaron Incorporated. Dietrich, Inc. did substantial styling work for standard bodies for Packard, Franklin and Erskine, a corporate make of Studebaker. Designs featured here include - "Victoria Roadster, Sportif Boattail, All-Weather Roadster, Sport Phaeton, 3 Passenger Club Coupe, Town Brougham, Gentleman's Club Sedan" and "Square Cornered Brougham." Each is ©1973 Raymond Dietrich Automobile and were issued as a limited edition set of 1,000. Each print has been hand-signed by Dietrich (1894-1980) in pencil and are hand-numbered "117/1,000" in pencil. Some lt. handling wear but o/w Exc. Comes w/printed two-page letter from Dietrich, signed "The Artistry Of A Master" LOA from issuer Norman B. Hathaway and a photo print of Dietrich and Hathaway together.
