9.25x15". Partly-printed one page document on vellum signed as president. Jackson grants Lewis G. Hignight 80 acres of land in Franklin Illinois. Boldly signed at conclusion by President Jackson with intact paper seal affixed at lower left. Three horizontal folds and two vertical folds one of which goes through the first letter of signature. Minor overall toning. Fine/VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
