Item Description
13.75" tall painted solid plaster statue depicts Howdy Doody's friend Clarabell the Clown seated on circus stand, his horn and box containing his seltzer bottle at his waist. Unlicensed and unmarked, but 1950s. Statue has some small scattered paint flakes off tip of nose, sleeve cuff and exposed toes. Top tuft of hair has had .5" piece broken off w/black paint touch-up, which blends nicely for the most part. Clarabell's back and base have some lt. scattered wear. Displays Fine. Rare and first we've offered in our 48 years.
