Item Description
Plain cardboard shipping box (w/o markings or mailing label) contains 8.25x10" die-cut cardboard easel back countertop display standee w/12 metal "Howdy Doody" capped mechanical pencils, each 1.75" long, telescoping to 3-5/8" long when cap is removed. Distributed by Jay Ell Products, Inc. 1950s. Display features nice large image of Howdy Doody w/smaller portrait images of Flub-A-Dub, Dilly Dally, Clarabell and Mr. Bluster. Two elastic loops at center for displaying extended sales example. Some lt. creasing along lower right but o/w NM. Rare unused and first we've offered as such. One of the most impressive Howdy Doody displays we have ever offered.
