Auction #214 - Part II
Item numbers 1008 through 2793 in auction 214
Item Description
Total TeleVision Productions, 1963-66. Detailed lead pencil animation storyboards on 4.5x8" "Tomkins Telepad" sheets. Episode number 12. Numbered with typed identification numbers and penciled in scene numbers on some. Page numbers are 1-41. These pads map out the whole cartoon in art and dialog and were often pulled apart and rearranged as the show came together. Sheets do contain the complete episode. Storyline is that the Commander invented the airplane but the Wright Brothers got the credit. Some minor aging/wear of outer sheets and oxidation to staples however, many inner sheets are near perfect as produced so condition varies. Any original studio used art from this series is rare. This one displays Exc. overall.
