Item Description
Three ring binder w/self-stick vinyl pages contains 141 period photos plus 15 b&w negatives w/modern prints and 11 color negatives w/six modern prints. Most are candid images. B/w photos range in size from 2.5x3-18” to 5x7”, the largest being train engines. Color photos have 2.75x4.5” image area. Scenes include pavilions and numerous attractions including: Trylon, Perisphere, giant National cash register, Greyhound people mover, League of Nations, and U.S., British, Russian, Wonder Bakery, Ford, General Motors, Heinz 57, and Frank Buck’s Jungleland pavilions. Some candid real photos have titles in ink in margins, several photos have mounting traces on reverse from scrapbook removal. Lot is otherwise VF/Exc. A large instant collection w/many interesting scenes.
