Written by Tarzan creator Edgar Rice Burroughs w/five illustration plates by John Coleman Burroughs. First blank page has been boldly signed in blue ink by Edgar Rice Burroughs, who inscribed book "To Jimmy Whiting - Best Wishes - Edgar Rice Burroughs." Original owner has also added his own cataloging information in ink to inside front/back covers. Book has some wear to top of spine w/color touch-up and corner tip wear and is Fine overall. Pages are lightly aged and Exc. overall. Page Burroughs has signed has aged a bit more moderately but inscription/signature remain bold and distinct. VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
