Item Description
Pair of 10x12" sheets of animation paper. First has image area in lead/red pencil depicting full body image of Mickey Mouse looking rather sheepish. This is from the 1939 cartoon "Mickey's Surprise Party" and art is attributed to Les Clark. Lower right has "215" number and scale. Left margin has four areas of paperclip oxidation but art area remains clean. Fine overall, w/Exc. art. Second has 3.5x4-3/8" image area in lead/red pencil depicting Mickey from chest up, wearing straw hat. This is from the 1941 cartoon "Little Whirlwind." Lower right is numbered "121" in lt. red pencil. Upper right has "Scene 5 - 2248" notation in pencil 3.25x5.75". Sheet is lightly aged and has some lt. handling wear but art remains Exc.
