7.25x23" thin artboard w/India ink image w/Dick Tracy at police headquarters in all four panels for Feb. 12, 1955. Tracy is directing photographer on what shots to take of Rughead Mumbles bust as Sam Catchem and Chief watch. Storyline has Mumbles and his gang involved in fur smuggling ring. Mumbles gets away, and Tracy has Dick Tracy Jr. mold a clay bust to aid in Mumbles' capture. Has The Chicago Tribune copyright strip in second panel. Last panel has been signed by "Dick Tracy" creator Chester Gould. Large inked date at left. Blank margins have a few pencil notes, but art remains Exc.
