Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 9.25" long tin litho toy made in Japan by Masuya Toy, 1950s. Colorful toy w/cockpit on top showing two astronauts. Toy works and "When It Hits An Object, It Automatically Stands Up." Tail fin is marked "JP 7A" and sides of rocket have "Jupiter Rocket" name. Scattered pinpoint paint nicks. Still bright and glossy. Fine/VF. Box shows scattered wear w/lid having some corner tip/edge wear and trace oxidation to staples. Fine.
