1.75" cloth surfaced button on 3.25" rosette with pin on reverse and attached 4.25" ribbons. We are aware of 16 different varieties of these ribbon badges with various titles. Back has label from "Regalia Manufacturing Co." Extremely clean and essentially Mint. See next two corresponding lots.
