Item Description
1.75" cloth surfaced button on 3.25" rosette with pin on reverse and attached 4.25" ribbons. We are aware of 16 different varieties of ribbons with various titles. This particular text was given only to local officials. Back has label from "Regalia Manufacturing Co." Extremely clean with only a trivial horizontal fold to the 'Precinct' ribbon. NM. See corresponding lots 453 and 455.
