Auction #214 - Part II
Item numbers 1008 through 2793 in auction 214
Item Description
1-3/16" tall. Missing generic moveable loop at the top so the piece could be worn on a chain. Awarded by "Doc Savage Magazine" in the mid-1930s. Reverse is blank w/front having high relief portrait of Doc Savage beneath "Doc Savage Award" text w/scroll designs on the lower portion reading "Service - Loyalty - Integrity." Much loss of the bright luster but highlights remain. Trace of aging. Fine. Rare and one of just three we've offered in our 48 years.
