1.75" cloth surfaced button on 3.25" rosette with 4.25" ribbons. We are aware of 16 different varieties of ribbons with various titles. Back has label from "Regalia Manufacturing Co." Extremely clean with only a trivial light fold near the top of the 'Security' ribbon. NM displaying Mint. See two previous corresponding lots.
