Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 3.5" tall nice quality actual box camera (not a toy) by The Houghton-Butcher Mfg. Co. Ltd. of England. 1930s. Camera is complete w/original leather carrying strap, which shows heavy wear but partial "Ensign Mickey Mouse" name remains. Front panel has raised Mickey Mouse name and Ensign logo. Camera has pull-out viewfinder. As produced, front panel also has foil sticker of Mickey. This sticker shows wear w/moderate color rubs. Interior has label reading "Use Ensign Lukos Mickey Mouse M10 Film." Scattered dust soiling. Shutter does not appear to be working. Fine overall. Box features same image of Mickey on all four sides. Box is well worn and some end/inner flaps have been reattached w/thin cardboard reinforcements added. .25" edge and two inner flaps have been replaced. Just Good but still displayable as is. Scarce.
