Item Description
Each is 1.25”. First is Hake #19 with W&H paper. Beautiful button with Miss Liberty displaying flag beneath their portraits. Only slight general wear in reflected light. Totally clean and perfectly centered. Hake guide value of $350. Next is scarce and beautifully designed button Hake #106 showing TR within gold wreath against colorful background including sailing ships and with huge eagle perched atop the wreath. Has W&H back paper. Only the very slightest trace of pinpoint dots on the extreme edge of the upper right background. These barely show. Hake 2004 guide value of $382. Next is Hake #108. Bunting design is a hair off center but otherwise totally clean. Has original but blank back paper. Next is Hake #105 with color portrait of TR set within fancy circular design and with factories and a battleship showing on the outer edge. Has W&H back paper. Hake #105 with guide value of $166. Last is a Parker button with the design matching the previous TR although on this there is text reading “For President Alton B. Parker.” No back paper and a small flat spot along the bottom edge but barely noticeable from the front which displays Mint. Hake 2004 guide value of $260 as Hake #90. Guide values total $1244. A modest opening bid.
