Item Description
This piece is 8” tall with cello panel on hanger reading “Larksville, Pa.” Suspended below is very heavy brass luster white metal frame 2” in diameter holding a 1.25” real photo celluloid naming the club along with “Organized Feb. 7, 1915.” Below on the ribbon in gold lettering are six lines of text largely in Polish but with the city and state in English. Reverse of the piece is in black fabric with silver lettering repeating the text that appears on the front. Ribbon could be reversed to use at funerals for group members. Some extremely tiny specks of brass luster off the frame holding the celluloid but quite minimal and overall condition is NM with the celluloid itself displaying Mint. The only example known to us. Also see Polish Socialist button #513. Rare.
