Item Description
Sizes are .75” to 1”. All six buttons have the matching slogan “Make Hoover President.” The one portrait button features his photo from 1920. Tiny age on W&H back paper but otherwise Mint. Next is a very rare litho in gold, blue and red. Reverse carries address of Irvine & Jachens Co. Row 2, #1 button has a few faint age dots and slight dent. Row 2, #3 has somewhat faded blue text and pinpoint brown dot. With these two exceptions the other four buttons are NM displaying Mint. Numerous rarities from Hoover’s first expression of presidential aspirations. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
