Cut-out figure has been painted on both sides and has separate wooden flower for Minnie's hat that is attached via thick metal wire. Figure has had black tape repair at top of right leg, though this blends somewhat. Surface has all over hairline cracking to paint (more moderate on back) and wire supports have oxidation. Flower wire has flaking to paint coating. Figure leans forward, but can still be positioned for upright display. VG/Fine. Whimsical design.
