Item Description
Sizes are 7/8” to 2-1/8”. First reads “We Want Sunday Baseball.” Second pictures with text “Al Smith Gave Us Sunday Baseball.” Button has a long curved hairline crack from 1 o’clock coming down across his cheek and ending at 9 o’clock. Has W&H paper. Displays totally clean and glossy but the crack does show in reflected light. Next is a plate example from the Muchinsky book Z-55. This litho reads “Walker Gave Us Sunday Baseball.” Next is also a book example Z-56 reading “I Favor Sunday Base Ball.” Button is flattened and has light stain on the right edge. Last is also book example Z-57. Reads “Vote ‘Yes’ Sunday PM Baseball.” This has a back paper by Cammal Badge, Boston. Top edge has single tiny hair dot and with just a couple of light hairline scratches in reflected light. This and the others unless noted are NM displaying Mint. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
