Item Description
8.5x10-7/8" fanzine w/stiff paper cover/pages was part of a numbered series by an unidentified publisher, c. 1970s. Fanzine deals w/the 1941 Republic movie serial that starred Frank Coghlan, Jr. as Captain Marvel's alter-ego Billy Batson. Front cover has been signed by Coghlan in blue ink. Cover has also been signed by Captain Marvel co-creator C.C. Beck in black felt tip pen as well as "Whitey" actor William Benedict and "Betty Wallace" actress Louise Currie, who have both signed in black felt tip pen. Fanzine is filled w/text covering all aspects of the serial and has several bw photos. Pinch creases to spine w/corner creases. Fine overall, but signatures still display nicely. Likely a unique multi-signed Captain Marvel item. Comes with Hake's COA.
