Item Description
Large 16.75x21" artboard has 15x18.75" acrylic image area depicting Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam eating together at seafood restaurant. Sam wears lobster bib and dines on large lobster and looks on as waiter brings Bugs a large carrot on a glass covered platter. Bugs wears a carrot bib and captain's hat. This art was used for Whitman puzzle No. 4609, ©1976 Warner Bros. Inc. Production notations at bottom note this puzzle was designed to be made in two sizes, listing each. Additional inked note reads "Bugs Bunny - 4609 Feature Puzzle." Margins have staples holes and some scattered handling wear, w/thin strips of masking tape at top/bottom margins, but image area remains Exc. and would look wonderful framed. Comes w/heavily worn onionskin paper overlay (w/Warner Bros. copyright strip). From the Whitman Archives.
