Item Description
14x18" artboard had 11x14.25" sheet w/original acrylic art attached, now loose. Art by Lynn Kaider depicts small chick w/large pencil walking in front of dot-to-dot image of rooster. This art was used for the cover to Whitman activity book No. 2975-E, ©1962. Artboard has production notations and label w/job information (including "9-11-61" due date) at bottom. Artboard has aging where art was once attached w/glue and tape stains at corners. VG/Fine. Art remains Exc. and comes w/acetate sheet w/painted "Dot-To-Dot" title. Exc. Comes w/unused copy of book this cover art was used for. From the Whitman Archives.
