This is the complete ring. The promotion text instructed "Wear It As A Ring Or Carry It In Your Pocket." It consists of a yellow plastic ring base on which 2" long gray rocket body can be positioned if item is being used as a ring. Rocket includes key chain and built-in "Secret Alarm And Signal Whistle." Also an inset and removable "Secret Magnifying Glass" is positioned on the top of rocket. The main feature is a glow-in-dark .5x5/8" stiff paper illustration of Captain Video. This glows brightly and his image can be seen in the dark. A similar ring was also issued by Popsicle as a premium for Major Mars. A rare ring as parts were easily lost.
