Item Description
14.25x19-1/8" artboard has original acrylic art for Spanish version of early 1960s Transogram "The Flintstones Window Whacker Game." Art is for gameboard, the cardboard front of the game and measures 12.25x18" and features front of stone building w/sign at top in Spanish. English version's sign read "The Flintstones Manor." Aside from different text, colors also vary slightly from American release. Baby Puss stands beside this sign, above one of two windows, both left unfinished, as is window in door at bottom center, as these areas were part of game that would be open w/plastic window image placed in them to be knocked out in the toss game. Door is flanked by Dino and Barney and Betty Rubble w/Fred and Wilma Flintstone on the other side. Back of artboard has worn original onionskin overlay attached. Artboard margins show moderate wear w/small bit of moisture affecting bottom of Dino's neck. Fine overall, but art still display Exc. Superb art and a very unique piece for Flintstones collectors.
