First is a 2x8.5” stiff paper mailer with label naming Radio Orphan Annie show sponsor “The Quaker Oats Company.” The person’s name on the mailing label appears on each of the pencils followed by the letters “S.G.” standing for the Secret Guard. Mailer is lightly tanned and has some small spots mostly on the reverse. The pencils are Mint as issued and unsharpened. One side of each pencil reads “Billy Traylor, S.G.” Erasers have hardened a bit over the years but otherwise the pencils are Mint as issued. A rare premium and the first we’ve offered.
