Item Description
27.25x40.75" one-sheet poster features wonderful action scene of the Hanneford Family of circus performers performing astounding equestrian acts w/several images of George Hanneford, Sr. (who is featured in inset portrait at lower left) performing a number of daredevil feats while on horseback. Poster was printed by Erie Litho. & Ptg. Co. of Erie, PA. c. 1933. Poster is rolled and appears to have never been folded. Poster has some scattered margin wear, including 7/8" tear at center left. Upper left corner has had 2.5x3.75" piece replaced. This restoration blends somewhat. Rest of poster remains bright and clean as linen-mounted and would make for a VF/Exc. display if framed.
