Item Description
5.5x8-3/8" die-cut cardboard lollipop holder for candy by Brandle & Smith Co. of Philadelphia, PA. who also made Mickey Mouse candy bars. 1933. Front depicts Mickey walking and holding a lollipop in one hand, other arm is separate die-cut piece and movable (arm is connected to Mickey's eyes and ears). Opens to reveal a variety of different small images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse along w/lollipop-related poem. Also inside is die-cut portion to hold lollipops. Trace of aging/edge wear, .75" crease at base of each of Mickey's ears and 3/8" crease at wrist of moving hand. Folder is evenly aged and has some lt. scattered handling wear. Displays VF. Scarce.
