3.5" tall (6-1/8" tall to top of wire bail handle) tin litho pail made in England by Happynak. 1930s. This is noted as "Happynak Seaside Pail No. 4" and features four different images of Golliwogs at play. Scattered lt. wear in the form of small nicks/scratches to exterior w/slightly more moderate wear to rim and interior. Handle has some surface oxidation. Fine overall but still nice for display.
