Pair of illustrated cardboard boxes contains wooden puppets on plastic bases that read "A Kohner Product - Copyright Bob Smith." From a 1950s series of Howdy Doody characters by Kohner Bros. Boxes are stamped w/character names on end panel. When buttons on underside are pushed, bodies move. Princess Summerfall Winterspring stands 6.25" tall and her hands rest on wooden drum w/paper label. Felt collar and skirt. Exc. Flub-A-Dub stands 5" tall and has felt ears, collar and feet. Feet show moderate to heavy insect damage (one foot is almost gone). VG. Boxes have even aging and some scattered wear. Fine overall.
