Largest is 8x14.5"/smallest 3x9.75". First is c. 1966 "Biographies Of The Candidates" and lists "Rev. Clifton R. Whitley" running for Senate, "Ralthus Hayes", "Rev. Ed King", "Rev. Clint Collier" and "Lawrence Guyot" running for Congress in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th districts respectively. Second is two pages titled "A Rebuttal Of Section 3129" and lists all candidates from first item as in opposition of the law that stated that candidates must support the platform of the party they are running for and that they must support the winner of the primary. Dated at conclusion "April 4, 1966". Third is MFDP "Key List Mailing #6". The two, two sided pages list the recent happenings in each county with MFPD operations. Dedicated on "p. 3" to "Mr. Dahmer Of Hattiesburg Died January 10, When His Home Was Firebombed". Mr. Dahmer had allowed African Americans to pay their poll taxes which caught the attention of the KKK White Knights who firebombed his house. Dahmer held attackers off as his family escaped but died shortly after. Fourth is MFDP tri-fold mailer titled "Issues In 1968 For Mississippi". Includes text on "Land Reform", 'Economic Rights" and "Peace In Vietnam" and lists "Lawrence Guyot Jr. Chairman" and "Fannie Lou Hamer Vice-Chairman". All items have minor handling wear and folds from mailing otherwise all display VF to Exc. Scarce. Milo Pyne Collection.
