5.5x8.5". Paper card has excerpt from famous MLK speech and a pledge card that is separated along perforation at bottom that pledges your commitment to his unfulfilled dream. Also, there is an attached 1-3/8" litho button to wear to show your commitment. Believe issued shortly after the famous speech. Card has trace of toning at right edges and three scattered light brown dots of staining. Fine. Only the second we have seen. Comes with Hake's COA. Marshall Levin Collection.
