Item Description
15/16” with rim hole as made. The Breckinridge side has numerous but very tiny black dots on the portrait with a few on the background. Image remains largely complete. On the Lane side there is a 1/16” long emulsion flake off just above his hair with the remaining emulsion intact and Excellent. Muted luster on the brass frame. Breckinridge ferrotypes are the scarcest in general among the four 1860 candidates. Fine. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
