Item Description
Unlisted in Hake. This piece is 6” tall. At top is a very nicely detailed brass shield with heads of two eagles at the top and with real photo sepia celluloid of Taft at the center. Reverse is a brass plate with bar pin and the brass pieces suspend a 4” ribbon with slightly dark gold text reading “Kings Co./Republican/Campaign/Committee/1908.” Celluloid has 1/8” white mark in the paper at upper left and one pinpoint darker dot on lower frame edge but overall condition is NM. A very impressive badge.
