Smaller buttons are 1.25” and the larger are 1.75”. Some say simply “All Star” or “All Stars” with three specifying a particular game. The earliest of these specifies “New Orleans/1942” in reference to a East West Shrine football game. A 1950s undated one specifies game in Cleveland and a dated one specifies 1957 game in St. Louis.
