Programs are for WBKB and WGN-TV and includes first 34 issues of this publication; May 9-15, 1948 to Dec. 27, 1948/Jan. 2, 1949. Some covers of note include first issue w/baseball photo and introductory page announcing this publication, #2 w/"Kukla, Fran And Ollie," #6 featuring MLB HOF member Connie Mack (w/baseball content throughout issue), #16 w/Conrad Veidt, #22 featuring "Dick Tracy" by Chester Gould, #28 featuring the Chicago Bears. Issues feature other football and sports coverage including horse-racing, auto-racing, golf, etc. Issues have some scattered handling wear/aging w/color rubs and pinch creases to spines. Fine to VF overall. Rare complete run for first year. Invaluable reference material from the early days of TV.
