Item Description
First is 7.5” pencil with silver text “Cleveland Indians” and likely given along with a scorecard at the ballpark in the 1940s. Next is 1.5” tall metal and celluloid pencil clip that would have gone on the preceding pencil. This reads “Cleveland Indians Bob Feller.” Faintest trace of a grey mark at far right on white background but barely seen and the piece still displays essentially Mint. Next is big and rare 2.25” button reading “Cleveland Indians” and with facsimile “Bob Feller” signature. All but the center area has tan stain while down below is a slightly cloudy curved line crossing some of the letters of his name. Button retains full gloss. Last is a brass perpetual calendar dated on one side for 1973-2000. Reverse shows hotel and has text “Compliments Of Bob Feller Manager Special Events Sheraton Hotels And Motor Inns/Member Baseball Hall Of Fame…”. Brass luster wear on each side but with much remaining. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
