"The Lone Ranger" animated TV series ran 26 episodes on CBS from Sept. 10, 1966 to Sept. 6, 1969. Produced by animator, TV producer and painter Herb Klynn, who founded the TV animation studio Format Productions (best-known for producing "The Alvin Show" and "The Lone Ranger" as well as Road Runner, Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales cartoons for Warner Bros.'s) in 1959. Lot includes 8.25x11" Format promotional folder featuring "The Lone Ranger." Exc. Lot also includes 12.5x16.5" frame w/matte opening for 4x8-7/8" animation cel showing Lone Ranger on Silver. Cel has been signed by Klynn. Cel itself is Exc. Last item in lot is large 10.25x26" four cel set-up featuring Tonto on Scout and Lone Ranger on Silver w/grotto w/statue/idol on altar bkg. Cels are attached at top and have some scattered lt. aging/wear. Painted bkg. w/collage elements has some scattered glue staining. If matted and framed together, would display VF.
