Double-sided 3x5" slip of paper w/buttons on one side w/. 1945. Canadian issue. One side shows buttons w/"Free! One In Every Package Of Kellogg's Pep/Save 'Em! Trade 'Em! Get The Whole Set of 18/Start Collecting Today!" text. Character buttons include - Lillums, Harold Teen, Moon Mullins, Kayo, Sandy, Orphan Annie, Superman, Dick Tracy, Nina, Skeezix, Smokey Stover, Winnie Winkle, Shadow, Uncle Walt, Herbie, Perry Winkle, Smitty and Smiling Jack. Back has text as to how to acquire the buttons w/illustration of "Kellogg's Pep" cereal box w/Superman, Tracy and Orphan Annie (see item #2158) on box front. Even lt. aging but o/w clean and VF/Exc. Rare. Comes w/Superman 13/16" dia. litho from 1940s Pep set. Curl reads "Copyright DC Inc." Surface has lt. trace wear but still glossy and VF/Exc. Franco Toscanini Collection.
