Item Description
First is 2-1/8" with image of "Dr. Richard A. Williams, Chicago, Ill. Supreme President And Founder Royal Circle Of Friends." Tiny less than 1/16" pin point indentation that goes down to the metal backing at 3 o'clock. Otherwise only minor surface wear and mirror reverse retains 99% of it's surface. Second is 2-1/4" and reads "Take Time To Reflect Upon The Duty You Owe Your Loved Ones" with graphic of group logo and portrait of founder and title. At bottom is Chicago address. The African American fraternal organization was founded in 1909 in Helena, Arkansas. The group grew quickly and by 1944 had over 100,000 members nationally. A few scattered dots of air and a small 1/4" separation at 3 o'clock. Perfectly centered and mirror reverse retains all of it's original surface.
