Item Description
13x13x3" deep hinged lid wooden display case w/eight different sized sectioned compartments for holding Giles Boot Protectors. Underside of lid has large illustrated paper label touting "Giles Boot Protectors Are Unbreakable & Wear Like Steel" and shows three workmen banging on oversized boot protector on anvil w/"Gile's Stands The Test" text. English, 1915. Display case is all oak wood w/original hardware, one chain broken. Case has aging, crack w/slight separation on bottom piece. Label shows moderate wear w/staining and pieces missing from edges at bottom left. VG overall.
