Item Description
19.5x19.75" print on heavy art paper features wonderful art by noted underground comix artist Robert Crumb showing a number of Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues and Blues musicians who helped contribute to the sound of The Grateful Dead. These include - Woody Guthrie, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Charlie Patton, Howlin' Wolf, Bob Dylan and others. Art shows them on stage performing for crowd of skeletons w/Grateful Dead's skull logo behind them. Phil Viala/La Seranne, 2002. Print has been hand-numbered "50/130" in pencil at lower left and has been signed at lower right by Crumb in pencil. Exc.
