Item Description
1.5x2.25" card from the second of three annual issues during the Puerto Rican League winter seasons, these cards are similar to the previous year's set. 216 cards in the set. Glossy bw photo front w/text on back in red which serves as a "Play" designation for use as a card game. Text on this card is "Linea Manos Center Field Out." Cards from these sets were to be mounted in a corresponding album. Image is sharp. Easter played in both the Negro and Major Leagues, first for the Homestead Grays in 1947-48 and then the Cleveland Indians in 1949-1954. A key card in the set. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
