Item Description
1.5" dia. brass medallion w/raised image and text that was only presented to players and team personnel after the Yankees 1961 World Series Championship win. Center features baseball bkg. w/"Yankees" name in script w/Uncle Sam top hat w/enamel accents, similar to the press pins. Edges have text reading "New York Yankees - World Champions 1961." Tiny traces of wear, but near full luster. Exc. Scarce.
