Item Description
1.75". This outstanding artifact was most likely produced late in 1964. In Oct. of that year King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his use of non-violent civil disobedience in combating racial inequality. Surface wear consistent w/light use, most notable are three faint scratches in the black background at 3 o'clock that can be seen in reflected light. Exc. A rare civil rights button that clinches the core value of the movement's most celebrated figure's message and ultimately his enduring legacy.
