Item Description
Pair of approx. 15x20" artboards w/acrylic art area w/four different scenes per artboard. First includes The Shadow chasing terrified pretty woman from alley, Sherlock Holmes playing violin to Watson's dismay, Johnny Weissmuller as Jungle Jim sitting in large boiling pot as stereotypical black cannibals grin, plump female Zorro twirls sword.  Second includes Ma & Pa Kettle in run-down house, Clark "It Happened One Night" Gable-type in suit attempting to hitchhike by lifting pants leg as car speeds by, Spanky and Alfalfa in jail cell w/cop nearby and Invisible Man in suit walking dog whose leash has wrapped around pretty woman's dress. Both date to 1971. Margins have lt. dust soiling at edges and a few ink editorial notations. Aged masking tape remnants along top margins. Second artboard has some glue stains along top/left margins and Our Gang image area has few minor scuffs, but o/w art will mat and frame to Exc. appearance. Artist is unknown. Nicely done and humorous.
