Item Description
15x20" artboard features pen and ink original by noted concert poster artist Mark Arminski sent to printers for use as key line. Originally intended to be a four color poster, the final printed poster featured two colors. Poster design features circular photocopy of self-portrait photo taken by Kid Rock (utilizing a timer) laying on ground w/bottle of Jim Beam after he was not pleased w/results from a hired photographer. Each corner has subtle stylized "LSD" symbol paste-over as requested. All lettering has been hand-inked and applied to artboard. Top margin has "1. Photo For Position Only - Use Actual Photo - 2. Print 2 Color" blue pencil printer notation. Arminski has signed by bottom in black ink, adding "Fire It Up - 1994" notation. Corners of artboard have some aged tape remnants, but art remains clean and could be matted for an Exc. display. Neat piece of Kid Rock history from four years before he hit it big w/1998's "Devil Without A Cause." Mark Arminski Archives and comes with a COA specially designed, signed and remarqued by him.
