Item Description
22x30.75" cardboard by "Globe Poster." Poster advertises a concert "Friday Mar. 22" 1974 at "Lisner Auditorium" put on by "The Program Board Of George Washington University. Right and left of Scott-Heron's name are songs "Pieces Of A Man," "H2O Gate" and his most famous song "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised." Stress line affecting the "RO" in "Heron" and minor handling wear w/some waviness at edges. VF. Only the second known to us w/the other residing in the George Washington University Archives. Early Scott-Heron concert posters are rare and this is among the most outstanding we have encountered.
