Item Description
This image of legendary guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughn was originally created as a centerfold for "Guitar World" magazine. ©1995 Mark L. Arminski. Afterwards, it was produced as a limited edition (of 100) signed and numbered high quality silk-screened posters. 15.5x25.5" artboard has applied photostat image of Vaughn w/photostats of Arminski's designs pasted at left/right. Artboard has series of four printer's acetate overlay sheets w/Rubylith and shading accents. Main board has been signed at bottom in black felt tip pen by Arminski and has paste-over noting "Printed by SF & A of Madison Heights, MI." Artboard has some corner tip wear/aging but is VF/Exc. overall. Comes w/limited edition 20-3/8x26-7/8" poster proof (as noted by penciled "Proof" text at lower left), one of the very few proofs that exist. Poster was also printed by SF & A and has been signed by Arminski at lower right in pencil. Some minor corner tip wear, but would frame for an Exc. display. Mark Arminski Archives and comes w/COA.
